Polo Pavilion

Our midfield Polo Pavilion – a favorite venue for both polo and non-polo events – is centered on the South side of our Championship Field. The Polo Pavilion provides a stunning view of the polo field. On Sunday’s and Thursday’s during the published polo season, our corporate sponsors can be seen entertaining their clients or personnel while enjoying the up-close action from the Polo Pavilion.

Mallet Club

The Mallet Club is our newest venue located at midfield at our North Entrance. Not only do you have a fabulous view of the polo match, you are located near our food vendors, Vendor Village and restrooms! This large tent boasts seating for roughly 150 guests, with several different ticket options available through our online ticket platform.

VIP Midfield Terrace

This two-tiered, elevated venue is located in a premium location – right at midfield on the South side of our Championship Polo Field, just west of our Midfield Polo Pavilion. Seating up to 34 guests, you’ll experience a more personal and intimate setting. Best-suited for small groups, this venue will keep you right in the action.

  • Seating is a mix of comfortable patio furniture with cushions and four top tables
  • Shade provided by sail shades (weather-permitting)
  • Mens & women’s restrooms located conveniently near the facility
  • Signage designating the venue is reserved for your group
  • Dedicated beverage set-up is included and consumption is billed additionally after the event is complete. Outside beverage not permitted in this venue.
  • All caterers and vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
  • Tablecloths can be rented for an additional fee.
  • Please Note: This venue does require guests to walk up stairs to access.

Our VIP Champagne Lounge is located in the South West corner of the Championship Field. Not only are you located near one of the goal mouths, you are located where all the horses enter and exit the field. Guests are never short of a fabulous experience, an upscale environment, and the most dynamic polo action. Guests are greeted with complimentary valet, VIP wristbands, dedicated restrooms, a welcome glass of champagne, and a photo opportunity upon arrival. Guests also receive a private polo demonstration by a polo professional before the start of the match. An elevated and ever-changing food and beverage menu that you can purchase premium cocktails, wine, beer, bottle service, and food from will keep you happy throughout the entirety of your day as you relax in a comfortable and chic environment. Your dedicated wait staff will take great care of you and your guests while you join us for a day of polo.

For those looking to entertain groups of 30+ guests, our 20×20 group tents are the way to go! We offer several different locations, providing you an excellent opportunity to host a group while enjoying a scenic polo match.

  • 20′ x 20′ covered open-air tent with an open floor plan, allowing you to design your event space exactly how you like it
  • Dedicated beverage set-up is included and consumption is billed additionally after the event is complete. Outside beverage not permitted in this venue.
  • All caterers and vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
  • Clients can bring their own tables, chairs, and tablecloths. Or these items can be rented for an additional fee.

The Hemingway, our authentic double decker London Bus

Hop aboard our authentic double decker London Bus called “The Hemingway” and give you and your guests a unique and private experience. With an elevated second floor offering a stunning view of the polo field, this venue is one-of-a-kind. The Hemingway is available for reservation for your party for both Sunday Polo and Sunset Polo Happy Hour.

Interested in hosting your event at the Sarasota Polo Club but want to use a vendor that is not yet approved by the Sarasota Polo Club? Don’t worry. Just let us know during your facility agreement process. All unapproved vendors at the Sarasota Polo Club must be declared and a Certificate of Insurance naming the Sarasota Polo Club as additional insured must be provided.
