Sunday Polo tickets are non-refundable. This includes canceled matches due to weather. Like other outdoor sporting events, polo is subject to weather. The Sarasota Polo Club reserves the right to cancel a match if weather conditions are deemed too dangerous for play. Notices will be posted on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) if the Sarasota Polo Club staff makes this decision for a particular Sunday. All ticket holders for that date will also be notified via email.

Under the terms of a rain-check, tickets for canceled matches may be exchanged for another Sunday Polo date, within 12 months of the originally scheduled match, at the same value and subject to availability. Please contact Info@SarasotaPolo.com to reschedule your tickets.
