Rain Out & Refund Policy
All event (including Sunday Polo and Sunset Polo Happy Hour) tickets are non-refundable. This includes canceled matches due to weather. Like other outdoor sporting events, polo is subject to weather. The Sarasota Polo Club reserves the right to cancel a match or event if weather conditions are deemed too dangerous for play or hosting an event.
For Sunday Polo and Sunset Polo Happy Hour events, notices will be posted on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) if the Sarasota Polo Club staff makes this decision. All ticket holders for that date will also be notified via email.
For all other events (i.e. community events, private parties, etc.), the main point of contact on file with the Sarasota Polo Club will be notified as soon as the Sarasota Polo Club has made a decision.
Rain Check Policy
Ticket holders for cancelled Sunday Polo and Sunset Polo Happy Hour matches will receive a rain check good for up to 12 months from the cancelled event date. Under the terms of a rain check, tickets may be exchanged for another event date hosted within 12 month of the originally scheduled match, at the same value and subject to availability. Black out dates may apply. Rain checks can be redeemed by emailing Info@SarasotaPolo.com.
