All personal tents must be properly weighted and secured when permitted. Failure to comply may result in removal. The Sarasota Polo Club reserves the right to require removal of unsafe set-ups without refund in order to maintain a safe environment. Guests assume responsibility for all tents, umbrellas, and personal property. Guests are liable for damage caused by their equipment. The Sarasota Polo Club is not liable for damage caused by another guest’s equipment.

On windy days, the Sarasota Polo Club reserves the right to not allow the use of 10×10 tents and umbrellas to ensure the safety of our players, horses and spectators. Notices will be posted at the entrances, as well as on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) if the Sarasota Polo Club staff makes this decision for a particular Sunday. All ticket holders for that date will also be notified via email. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as Mother Nature continues to keep us on our toes.
