About Our Club
For decades, the Sarasota Polo Club has been a popular destination and an important part of the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch social scenes. In addition to polo, the Sarasota Polo Club’s spectacular grounds and venues are home to a variety of community and social events including concerts, festivals, theater events, sporting events, charity fundraisers, corporate meetings and elegant weddings. Our entire facility, grounds and Midfield Polo Pavilion can be rented either in part or as a whole.

Mason Wroe
Director of PoloMason joined the Sarasota Polo Club as Director of Polo in 2019, to cultivate and grow the sport both on and off the field. Mason enjoys bringing fun, competitive polo to the Sarasota Polo Club and Lakewood Ranch communities.
Paige Lautzenheiser
Director of OperationsPaige joined the Sarasota Polo Club in 2018, and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2019. You can find her running around on Sunday’s, but don’t be afraid to stop her and introduce yourself!
Basil Lowell
Facilities ManagerOriginally a New England native, Basil has spent 13 years in Florida as a golf course superintendent and turf expert on both the East and West Coasts. He has prepared turf and facilities for many PGA Tour events, including the 2017 PGA Championship. He joined the Sarasota Polo Club team in the summer of 2023 to help achieve even greater levels of improvement to the fields and facilities.
Bradley Hendrix
AnnouncerA professional polo announcer for 17 years, the 2025 season will be Bradley’s fifth year with the Sarasota Polo Club. During our off-season, he announces at Brandywine Polo Club in Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania and he Meadow Brook Polo Club in Long Island, New York. When he is not announcing polo, Bradley hosts trivia shows and DJs. He also volunteers for several charities throughout the year and spends his free time hiking.
Nicholas Chavez
Turf & MaintenanceNick joined the Sarasota Polo Club Field Staff in 2012, and has been an integral part of the crew since then. On Sunday’s, you can likely find him in the end zone, flagging the polo match!

Thank you for joining us for the 2024 Season of Sarasota Polo. We look forward to welcoming you again for our 2025 Season. Our 2025 Season will kick off on Sunday, December 22nd, 2024 and continue through Sunday, April 27th, 2025. Sunset Polo Happy Hour will run every Thursday from Thursday, March 13th, 2025 through Thursday, April 10th, 2025 (Match starts at 5:30PM, Gates open at 4:30PM).
Sunday Polo matches are open to the public every Sunday at 1PM. Gates open at 10AM. Join thousands of fans each week during our 2025 Season for exciting polo action, opening parade, live national anthem, theme weeks, half-time entertainment, food, drinks and traditional divot-stomping.
General admission tickets, bleacher seats, reserved tailgates, reserved midfield premium seating, group tents, and VIP options are all available for Sunday Polo. Children 12 and under are free* (*for General Admission, Bleacher Seats, and Tailgate Spaces Only). Dress comfortably & for the weather. Remember, you will be walking on grass. Well-socialized dogs are welcome on a leash, so long as they are attached to their human at all times.
