About Our Club
Spanning 170 perfectly manicured acres, our world-class facilities include: 45 private equestrian estates, 7 Bermuda grass polo fields, a regulation-sized polo arena, a half-mile all-weather training track, stick & ball fields, riding trails, on-site stabling for up to 300 horses, an on-site veterinary clinic, a members clubhouse, and a midfield polo pavilion.
For decades our Club has been a popular destination and an important part of the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch social scenes. In addition to polo, our Club’s spectacular grounds and venues are home to a variety of community and social events including concerts, festivals, theater, sporting events, charity fundraisers, corporate meetings and elegant weddings. Our entire facility, grounds, clubhouse and pavilion can be rented in part or as a whole.

Mason Wroe
Director of PoloMason joined the club as Director of Polo in 2019, to cultivate and grow the sport both on and off the field. Mason enjoys bringing fun, competitive polo to the Sarasota Polo Club and Lakewood Ranch communities.
Paige Lautzenheiser
Director of OperationsPaige joined the Sarasota Polo Club staff in 2018, and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2019. You can find her running around on Sunday’s, but don’t be afraid to stop her and introduce yourself!
Ron Trytek
Director of Sales & MarketingA Chicago native, Ron grew up riding racehorses on a thoroughbred farm in Barrington Hills, IL. He has spent much of his career working at Ritz-Carlton hotels throughout the world. Ron joined our team in 2018. He is passionate about promoting Sarasota Polo.
Bryan Zdancewicz
Director of MaitenenceBryan joined our team in 2018 and was promoted to Director of Maintenance in 2019. He is passionate about his work and eager to solve all kinds of challenges.
Jason (Poncho) Davis
Field StaffJason joined the Sarasota Polo Club Field Staff in 2018 Poncho, as most people call him, is often found flagging the game on Sunday’s…barefoot!
Nicholas Chavez
Field StaffNick joined the Sarasota Polo Club Field Staff in 2012, and has been an integral part of the crew since then. On Sunday’s, you can likely find him in the end zone, flagging the polo match!

Polo is a community sport like no other. Sunday Polo matches are open to the public every Sunday at 1pm beginning December 19th, 2021 through April 24th, 2022. Gates open at 10am. Fieldside general admission tailgating, reserved tailgating, reserved midfield premium seating or VIP midfield boxes are available for Sunday Polo. Children 12 and under are free, (general admission tailgating). Join thousands of fans for exciting polo action, opening parade, live national anthem, theme weeks, half-time entertainment, food, drinks and divot-stomping. Dress comfortably and for the weather. Remember, you will be walking on grass. Well socialized dogs are welcome on a leash.
