By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the grounds of the Sarasota Polo Club, you assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of polo – including but not limited to: balls, mallets, and horses leaving the field. You release the Sarasota Polo Club and its sponsors, owners, employees, affiliates, members and players (“Sarasota Polo Club Parties”) from all claims of liability and further agree to waive, release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sarasota Polo Club Parties with respect to any damage, injury, liability or claims arising out of the consumption, distribution or presence of alcohol at any Sarasota Polo Club event by the ticketholder, you or others.

Please always be mindful of what is going on while you are attending polo at the Sarasota Polo Club. Balls may often be miss-hit or unintentionally deflected and accidentally fly into the crowd. The horses can also come over the boards. For your safety, we require that you stay at least 35 feet away from the boards, which is indicated by a red safety line that runs down both sidelines.

Please never lose sight of your children or pets, who may wander towards the field. Please also be mindful of any items with you that may roll or blow near or onto the polo field. It is up to each guest to be aware of what is happening around them in order to keep the game safe and enjoyable for all.
