Polo Demonstration

Want to learn more about the sport of polo from a polo professional? We are happy to arrange for a private professional polo demonstration before the start of the feature match you are planning to attend. The professional will come by you and your guests and educate you on the sport of polo, while on horseback! You can get up close and personal and learn key parts about the sport before the match even starts. This is a great add-on for group events.

Vendor Village

Promote your business by participating in our Vendor Village, where you can interact with guests, hand out flyers about your business, offer raffles, give out swag, and more!

– Designated 10×10 location reserved for your business

– Promotion on social media prior to the event

– Mention in the game day program on the date of your appearance

– Vendors are required to bring their own supplies (10×10 tent, table, etc.)

Game Day Program Inserts

Missed the deadline to advertise in our game day program but still want to promote your business? Adding inserts to our game day program are an easy way to reach your advertising goals.

– Must provide 1,000 copies at your expense

– Sarasota Polo Club staff insert these flyers into the game day program prior to the gates opening, and distribute throughout the match

– Flyers also included with each purchase in the Sarasota Polo Club Gift Shop for extra exposure

Meet & Greet with Mini Mart

This 30 minute one-on-one session with Mini Mart (maximum 4 people allowed) will get you up close and personal with the Sarasota Polo Club superstar. Meet Mini Mart at her barn and learn about her daily routine, polo and the Sarasota Polo Club. You’ll be able to interact with Mini Mart, give her treats, and help decorate her for the theme of the day (if applicable.

Time Slots Available: 11:30-12:00 or 12-12:30
